Pyotr Arkadyevich Stolypin (1862-1911) – comes from an old noble family, a talented administrator and a great reformer of Russia. No wonder contemporaries called him Russian Bismarck. When the Russian revolution of 1905-1907 showed the need for radical change, their implementation needed the head of a new type, a great organizer, a man of iron convictions, honest, loyal and incorruptible. These qualities were fully vested Stolypin. If the reform was brought to an end, fifteen or twenty years, Russia would become a powerful, confident, forward-thinking country with an economically independent middle class. Much of the political heritage of Stolypin important in our days. This edition aims to bring the modern reader as a person, and the views of the great reformer.
