During the life Herbert Spencer was recognized as one of the most prominent thinkers of the nineteenth century. The idea of evolution, which became Central to his work, adopted a radically new perspective on the structure and development of society. Using Darwin's theory in relation to your own evolutionary theory, Spencer explored the society like a living organism. "Years of frustrated health" and lack of energy made the randomness in the publication of results of scientific researches of the philosopher. "Justice" is the fourth and most important, according to Spencer, the fundamental part of the treatise "Foundations of ethics" — was published long before writing the rest of the work. To this day, "Justice" has not lost its relevance, and its importance in promoting evolutionary ideas are still appreciated as the highest achievement of social science.

Experience shows that these boundaries on average, the same for everyone and thus the idea of mutually limited spheres of activity leads to the notion of equality.
