Italian political thinker, historian and writer Niccolo Machiavelli (1469-1527) in his works analyzing the historical experience of humanity, put forward the concept of a strong personality, able to consolidate and retain power regardless of the circumstances. Later came the term "Machiavellianism" for a policy of neglecting the laws of morality, and to the disciples of Machiavelli considered Catherine de Medici, Hitler, Stalin. His most famous works of power, "Sovereign" and "Reasonings on the first decade of Titus Libya" constitute our publication.
